Online sessions typically pay £50 for an hour and the in-person sessions pay £60 per hour.
How it works:
Sign up > Apply for research > Get selected > Take part > Get paid.
A company will be testing a new website, mobile app, product or digital service and they’ll want to check it works – with their actual customers. There are no right or wrong answers, all you have to do is join the session and follow the researcher’s instructions (for example – add some apples to a shopping basket on a supermarket website). It’s as simple as that.
Most research takes place online using Zoom or Teams, some of it is in-person. You can choose which ones you apply for and which ones you skip.
