UX Lab Anywhere

For one fixed fee, our UX Lab Anywhere service takes care of everything you need to run face to face research anywhere… We book the venue and bring the tech – you just need to show up and moderate the sessions.

We’ve set up and run more UX labs in the UK than anyone else – so we can anticipate your needs and deliver exceptional service.

UX Lab Anywhere includes:

– Venue: We’ll book a suitable venue including a room for testing and a room for observation. We can ensure accessibility and help make sure your participants and staff can find us easily.

– Hardware: We’ll supply and set up the testing equipment including Windows or Mac laptops, Android or iOS devices or tablet PC. We’ll set up all the cameras, microphones and other equipment so everything is ready to go. All your moderator needs to do is click ‘record’. Our recording equipment includes the latest Apple Mac + Display for unbeatable reliability and quality.

– Live Streaming: We’ll set up a viewing room with an observation screen, HD audio and refreshments. We can add catering, if needed. We’ll set up secure online live streaming so stakeholders can view the research from anywhere in the world.

– Hosting: We’ll take care of participant hosting, we can even pay incentives and we’ll make sure your participants can find the venue. We can even take care of the recruitment, if needed. 

– Support: We’ll be on-hand all day in case of any technical issues or questions and can provide insight and support to ensure your research goes smoothly.

– Flexible: We can accommodate one-to-one user testing including interviews, desktop, mobile, card sorting, tree tests etc plus large focus group sessions. Our equipment is completely portable and we take care of transport, set up and pack up.

– Recordings: Your recordings can be securely transferred following the sessions. In any format of your choosing (typically MP4 files). We won’t store, share or view your recordings beyond the date(s) of the testing – unless you ask us to.

– Optional Extras: We can provide moderation, note taking, discussion guide reviews, translation and/or participant recruitment – just ask!
