Research Participant Recruitment

Once we receive your brief, we’ll go through your requirements in detail to ensure everything has been captured in our proposal. We’ll supply fixed costs based on the demographics and complexity of the recruitment. As soon as the project is signed off by yourself, the process is as follows:

1. Screener Creation: We build a screener document based on your recruitment criteria. You can approve this document.

2. Filtering of responses:

4. Provisional Booking: Participants provisionally booked in for sessions

5. Draft Schedule produced: and shared with yourselves

6. Formal Booking: We then re-confirm participants attendance with them 3 times (via email, text message and phone call).

7. Finalised Schedule Produced: Recruitment is finalised no later than 24 hours before testing and schedules are updated as any changes as made

8. We’re available throughout the process (including on the testing days themselves) to answer any of your queries and to help manage any participant questions, provide directions, advise of any replacements or any other queries.

9. Incentive Handling: Once you confirm the participant attended and fit the brief, we’ll pay them using our secure payments system (within 2 working days). We’ll ask for feedback on individual participants (where possible) so we can monitor any issues.
